I have the Melbourne 6 piece convetsation set as well. My dog chewed through the straps underneath the cushions. Does anyone know how i fix these, and where i can get replacement parts? Ive looked all over the internet and it shows nothing on how to fix this type of patio furniture..any help would be great.

Has anyone ever purchased cushions from hamptonbaycushions.com? Their website is kind of wonky so I am not sure if they are for real or a bit of a scam. I have emailed them for information. They don’t even have a phone number listed. Any experience?
I am working with them now for my Hampton Bay Kampar set. They are even making a matching cushion for my FP hearth. Clint responded to my email very promptly. I will report on the quality when they arrive (in about 2 weeks). I did call the BBB and the report on them was very positive.
My cushions from hamptonbay cushions.com arrived and they are fabulous! Very well made and great cusions. They did not cut corners anywhere. They ship by trucking company, so when they arrive in your locality (I live in Ohio) they will call for a delivery appointment. Be mindful that trucking companies generally are not allowed to enter your home, so you may want someone at home that can manage a rather large, but not terribly heavy (40-50lbs) box. Hope this helps anyone who is considering ordering from this company.
I placed an order with hamptonbaycushions.com on May 30. Today I cancelled the order. Clint was very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Basically I was asking to much to expect cushion order to be fulfilled in 6 weeks or to ask for specifics on when they would be shipped(even though in the same conversation I was told they were complete). I would not recommend any business with this very unprofessional company. I’m glad someone got good service from them!
One more comment. – when I went to put the cushions onmy furniture, I was amazed that all the stripes matched up from the back cushions tothe seat cushions. And the welting around the edges is a perfectly matched solid. I have had furniture reupholstered at very high cost that were not done nearly as well as these. I would recommened their sevice, quality and workmanship to even the most discriminating and demanding customer.
