I am trying to replace a broken glass from my bathroom fixture that was purchased several years ago. Is there anyway to get a part no. without the box or name of fixture because we have neither? The fixture is approx. 36″ in length and has 3 halogen lights and the glass sits in on a metal piece. The entire fixture is beveled mirror, if this helps. The glass itself is kind of cone shaped white.
Purchased the Hampton Bay Hawkins 44″ ceiling fan 2/2012. It uses 3 40-watt candelabra bulbs with a brown-colored translucent globe. Problem – very dim lighting. I would think there’s a maximum wattage tolerance beyond 40 watts per bulb. Can the wattage be increased to 60-watt bulbs and still operate electrically safe? Is there a white, off-white, or clear globe replacement available? Thank you.
I agree, way too dim! Also, I bought two and the light attachment on the second one didn’t work at all. Yikes!
I have Hampton Bay model UCT7078T ceiling fan/light with remote in a rental house that is used only a couple of weeks a year.
Last year, the fan came on immediately but we had to keep working with the remote to get the lights to come on.
Finally this year, the lights don’t come on at all. Although the fan is old it is like new for lack of use so I really don’t want to replace it. How can I fix this problem?

You all must think that Hampton Bay will respond to ANY of your requests. Customer Service and Warranty support are nonexistent. You will never get part numbers, phone numbers, RMA’s. NEVER.

We bought a Hampton Bay fan, dark in color and have looked all over town to include Home Depot and Lowes and we cannot find a fan kit for outdoors that will fit it?! We did find one we think will work for $60 online. The fan cost us $100. Hard to believe. May we need to take the fan back to Home Depot?

My fan worked good now it’s slow on high don’t feel anything when sitting under it forwards or reverse checked everything am I missing something?
